You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or who lack the legal capacity to contract are not permitted to register.
You confirm that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or a close associate of a PEP, as defined under applicable anti-money laundering regulations, unless you have made a prior written declaration to ct999e and have been expressly approved.
You confirm that you have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or from any other gambling operator where such self-exclusion remains in force. Attempting to register during an active self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.
To open an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. You agree to provide true, current and complete information about yourself, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid email address. ct999e reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without stating a reason.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. If ct999e identifies that a User holds more than one Account, ct999e reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any outstanding bets or transactions and forfeit any Balances held therein.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify ct999e immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
ct999e operates a KYC verification procedure. We may request, at any time, that you provide copies of valid government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address and, where applicable, evidence of the source of funds. Accounts may be restricted until KYC requirements are satisfied. Providing fraudulent or misleading documentation will result in immediate permanent closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.
The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only, subject always to applicable laws. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a business that facilitates third-party access to the Platform.

For reference, Pakistani users will be familiar with payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Deposits may be accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) or other currencies as displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Currency conversion fees may apply where applicable. The displayed exchange rate at the time of the transaction will govern all conversions.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method. These limits are subject to change at ct999e's discretion.
ct999e reserves the right to place deposits on hold pending verification of the payment source. Deposits made using payment methods that cannot be verified may be returned and the associated transaction cancelled.
You may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met: your Account has passed all applicable KYC verification; no pending security review is active; all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied; and there is no outstanding investigation into your Account.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and may be subject to internal review periods. ct999e will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe displayed in the cashier section at the time of the request. Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed.
As a general principle, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. ct999e reserves the right to require alternative withdrawal arrangements where the original payment method is unavailable or unsuitable.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set out in the cashier section and may vary by payment method and Account verification status. ct999e reserves the right to apply enhanced withdrawal limits to Accounts pending further review.
All Bonuses offered by ct999e are subject to specific Bonus Terms which will be communicated at the time the Bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific Bonus Terms, the specific Bonus Terms shall prevail in relation to that Bonus.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Bonus Terms, Bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any winnings derived from the Bonus may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement specifies the number of times the Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered using real-money stakes before a withdrawal can be processed. Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements — specific game contribution percentages will be listed in the Bonus Terms.
ct999e actively monitors for Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple Bonuses through duplicate Accounts; placing low-risk, hedged or matched bets designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine risk; and exploiting Bonus terms in a manner not intended by ct999e. Any Account found to have engaged in Bonus abuse may have its Bonus balance and any associated winnings forfeited and may be subject to Account closure.
Bonuses are subject to expiry dates as stated in the applicable Bonus Terms. Any unused Bonus credit or wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry. ct999e is under no obligation to reinstate expired Bonuses.
ct999e reserves the right to decline, restrict or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular activity, pricing error or technical fault. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the Platform.
In the event of a manifest pricing error, technical fault or any other obvious mistake affecting a bet or game round, ct999e reserves the right to void the affected transaction(s) and return the staked amount to the User's Account Balance. This applies to cricket betting markets (including PSL T20 and ICC tournament fixtures), casino games and all other products on the Platform.
ct999e does not accept bets on markets where there is a reasonable basis to suspect manipulation of the sporting event, including spot-fixing or match-fixing. Any bets placed on markets subsequently found to have been corrupted may be voided at ct999e's discretion.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game round, the records held by ct999e's system shall be the definitive source of record, subject to any manifest error. Disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event in question.
ct999e is committed to promoting responsible gambling. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Content from the Platform without ct999e's prior written consent.
ct999e does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions or viruses. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw the Platform, or any part of it, without notice for operational, security or technical reasons.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ct999e provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ct999e's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited by the User into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) PKR 10,000 (ten thousand Pakistani Rupees).
In no event shall ct999e be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting ct999e support. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable fees and pending transactions will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and any outstanding investigations.
ct999e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, ct999e may, at its discretion, void all pending bets and wagers, forfeit any Bonus Balance and, where evidence of fraud or criminal activity is present, withhold the real-money Balance pending investigation and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.
The collection, use and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
In summary, ct999e collects personal data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Full details of your data rights — including access, rectification and erasure — are set out in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, as notified to Users through the Platform's licensing information section.
Pakistani Users are specifically advised that ct999e does not represent that the use of the Platform is lawful under Pakistani law. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related provincial regulations may apply. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users should seek independent legal counsel if they are uncertain about their obligations under Pakistani law.
In the first instance, disputes should be raised with ct999e's customer support team. ct999e will endeavour to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receipt of a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation, it may be referred to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as specified on the Platform, where applicable under the operator's licensing requirements.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or tribunal to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
